About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims & Beneficiary Services Representative to join a leading financial services organization. This role combines investigative research with outbound customer outreach to help beneficiaries receive claim payments and complete required documentation.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, conducting research, and providing exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote after training)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigative research to verify claim information and beneficiary details before outreach.
- Perform outbound calls and email follow-up with beneficiaries who have not submitted claims paperwork or completed required steps.
- Follow up on missing documentation and assist customers through the claims process.
- Support pre-escheat and unclaimed property activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Research, analyze, and resolve non-routine customer inquiries and complex claim situations.
- Partner with claims processing, operations, legal, and management teams to resolve escalated cases.
- Review customer requests and provide accurate information while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Document interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records within company systems.
- Assist with department projects, special assignments, and process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a resource to teammates by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable conducting outbound customer outreach.
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.

Training & Schedule

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
