Your Role

As an Claims Coordinator, you will:

• Facilitate damage and vehicle claims company-wide while supporting the Operations Department.
• Coordinate directly with insurance representatives, carriers, and brokers regarding claims and accidents.
• Prepare and present reports summarizing accidents, utility hits, damages, injuries, and near misses.
• Communicate with Construction Management via email and Microsoft Teams to gather required documentation.
• Submit claim information to insurance companies and consistently follow up with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Working knowledge of the insurance industry, damage claims, and vehicle accidents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn custom software
• Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience maintaining relationships with insurance carriers and brokers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment while maintaining a positive demeanor
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience communicating with Construction Management or field operations teams
• Strong follow-up and documentation verification skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Teams for daily cross-functional collaboration
• Background in telecommunications, engineering, or construction claims administration
• Proven track record of generating safety and claims summary reports
