Responsibilities The Claims Correspondence Analyst will serve as a first point of contact for inquiries related to claims. This role is responsible for handling Explanation of Reimbursement (EOR) requests, claim status inquiries, general claim-related questions, and prescreening information received for initial claim file setups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will be based in one of our offices: Hamilton Square, NJ Marlborough, MA We offer hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering clear, concise and professional communication Complete all assigned requests within a 48 to 72-hour handling timeframe Projects and other work as assigned Qualifications What you need to have: High school diploma Prior experience in claims processing, healthcare administration or customer service strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software Customer-focused mindset Problem-solving and critical thinking Time management and multitasking Adaptability in a dynamic environment Additional Company Details We do not accept any unsolicited resumes from external recruiting agencies or firms. The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include: • Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
