Policy Management: Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision. Problem Solving: Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection. Compliance Champion: Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards. Examples of acceptable wired services include: Cable internet Fiber‑optic internet DSL broadband Wireless-only internet services are not allowed . This includes: Cellular/mobile hotspots (4G, 5G, LTE) Fixed wireless internet Satellite internet providers (e.g., Starlink, HughesNet, Viasat) Direct Ethernet Connection Requirement The Qualfon computer must be plugged directly into your home router or modem using an Ethernet cable. Wi‑Fi cannot be used at any point between the Qualfon computer and your internet service provider.This means: No wireless connection from the computer to the router No Wi‑Fi extenders, mesh systems, or boosters No cellular hotspots or any other wireless links Both of the above requirements must be met.
