Key Responsibilities Support customers through the claims process with professionalism and care Liaise with financial service providers and regulatory bodies like the Financial Ombudsman Service Review and assess key documents like Final Response Letters and FOS outcomes Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Communicate clearly via phone, email, and post Manage time-sensitive tasks such as redress offers and final decisions What We’re Looking For 1 year+ experience in claims or customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and attention to detail Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines What You’ll Get £24,023 annual salary 25 days holiday + bank holidays Holiday buy scheme Hybrid working Paid parking Modern office with excellent facilities Great transport links Ready to Apply?
