We are currently seeking a Claims Manager (Health Claims Operations) to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Role Summary Seeking an experienced Claims Manager with strong health claims operations expertise to provide leadership and oversight for claims administration functions. The individual will support day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and ensure continuity during a leadership transition. Key Responsibilities Lead and support health claims operations and business processes. Provide operational guidance and subject matter expertise to claims teams. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies. Partner with business stakeholders to improve service levels and claims outcomes. Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities. Qualifications 7+ years of health claims operations experience. Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, workflows, and industry practices. Proven leadership or supervisory experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. No technical expertise required. NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $136,275.00 to $227,125.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
