Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Claims Officer role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home while operating in line with Australian business hours.
Duties
Manage daily operations, including task assignment, claim handling, review and email correspondence.
Handle and negotiate settlement with external parties.
Manage and create data in spreadsheets and reports/presentation.
Participate in projects and initiatives set to achieve the departmental and organization key goals.
Communicate with internal & external parties on operation matters.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required.
Must have knowledge of motor insurance claims & operations.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with the regional team and demonstrate a proactive approach.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
