As a Claims Officer with Coal Mines Insurance (CMI), you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of claims-related administration and customer-service activities. Your main responsibilities will include: Accurate and timely payment of accounts Registration of claims and early notifications Efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries and file management Ability to meet KPI targets in a timely manner Active participation in ongoing projects under management About you: Your education, experience and skills will include: Business Administration Certificate (essential) Strong computer skills especially with Adobe and Microsoft Office Team player with a focus on customer service excellence Professional phone manner with clear verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to learning Organisational skills and ability to prioritise Demonstrated behaviours aligned to our company values and culture - we care, we work together, we make a difference What we offer: Check out our Benefits page to learn more about our Employee Value Proposition!
