Tasks

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Claims Officer role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home while operating in line with Australian business hours.

Duties

• Manage daily operations, including task assignment, claim handling, review and email correspondence.


• Handle and negotiate settlement with external parties.


• Manage and create data in spreadsheets and reports/presentation.


• Participate in projects and initiatives set to achieve the departmental and organization key goals.


• Communicate with internal & external parties on operation matters.


• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of motor insurance claims & operations.


• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to communicate effectively with the regional team and demonstrate a proactive approach.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.


• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
