Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Change Management Lead to support a Network Access Control (NAC) expansion project involving Aruba ClearPass. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting current-state authentication assessments, developing device catalogues, gathering and documenting network access requirements, supporting authentication policy development, and preparing device migration roadmaps. The role will involve stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communication planning, quality assurance coordination, test case development, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The candidate will also contribute to operational readiness assessments, the development of operational support models and runbooks, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documentation, as well as planning for the retirement of legacy Microsoft Network Policy Server (NPS) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of Business Analysis experience, including experience with large-scale IT transitions or infrastructure projects, and prior experience working with a British Columbia health authority. Knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, device authentication, and healthcare network connectivity is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, and project management tools. Business Analysis and project management certifications are preferred. The engagement is primarily remote, with occasional onsite attendance in Surrey, British Columbia, and is expected to commence on November 1, 2026.
