Clerk of Works – Site Inspection & Quality Management – Manchester

Manchester | Up to £49,000 | Remote working

Hunter Dunning is working with a client to recruit a Clerk of Works covering residential and commercial projects across Manchester. You will monitor workmanship, materials, compliance and progress across new-build and refurbishment schemes, from foundations through to final snagging.

Your Experience

• Previous Clerk of Works or site inspection experience

• Strong residential new-build inspection experience

• Knowledge of construction materials, trades and methods

• Ability to identify defects and snagging issues

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office reporting tools

• Consultancy, housing association, local authority, quality management or warranty inspection experience

• Salary up to £49,000

• Company car or £5,000 car allowance

• Paid at 45p per mile

• 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 30
