Client Account Executive

Role Description The Client Account Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned client accounts. This position oversees ongoing engagements, coordinates with internal SAP consultants, and ensures that services are delivered on time and within scope. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular client check-ins, identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, monitoring project progress, and addressing issues or escalations. The Client Account Executive collaborates with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, tracks account performance against targets, and maintains accurate records in CRM and other reporting tools. The role also involves contributing to account planning, forecasting revenue, and providing input on service improvements based on client feedback.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to present complex information in a client-friendly manner.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills, such as building client relationships, managing renewals, overseeing service delivery, and maintaining accurate account documentation.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, including basic understanding of budgets, pricing, contracts, and revenue forecasting for client accounts.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including opportunity identification, consultative selling, proposal development, and supporting contract negotiations.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, managing risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with technology or enterprise software solutions (SAP experience preferred) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
