Client Accounts Specialist

Job Title: Client Account Specialist Status: Part-Time Schedule: Up to 25-29 hours per week. We are looking for a Client Accounts Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with payroll experience and a background in account management who enjoys working with clients in a supportive, professional way. The focus of the role is helping clients understand their account status, encouraging timely repayment, and maintaining positive, long-term relationships. What you will do… Communicate with clients regarding outstanding account balances in a professional and empathetic manner. Provide clear explanations of payroll processes, account status, and repayment expectations. Educate clients on the importance of timely repayment while reinforcing our commitment to their success. Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Customer Success teams to research and resolve questions or disputes. Track and monitor account activity; provide status updates and reporting as needed. Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and support. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. What you need… Prior experience in payroll or related financial/accounting functions. Background as an Account Representative, Account Manager, or Customer Success Specialist preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance professionalism, clarity, and friendliness. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts. Comfortable having financial conversations while maintaining trust and rapport.
