Kroll is seeking a detail oriented, customer focused Client Associate to join our growing Breach Notification team in Manila. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting organizations around the world as they respond to cyber incidents and meet their regulatory breach notification obligations. As a Client Associate, you will manage the onboarding, implementation, and delivery of multiple client engagements, partnering with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Support Engagement Managers and Operations Managers throughout the Breach Notification engagement lifecycle. Coordinate client onboarding activities and gather required information to ensure services are tailored to each client's needs. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, communicating project updates, changes, and deliverables. Create, maintain, and organize client documentation within secure document management systems. Track outstanding client documentation and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion. Perform quality reviews of client deliverables for accuracy and completeness prior to delivery. Prepare and manage recurring client reporting (weekly, monthly, or ad hoc). Review and triage client escalations, ensuring they meet established criteria and are routed appropriately for timely resolution. Develop and maintain client-facing templates and supporting documentation. Review invoices, pricing, and service fees to ensure billing accuracy. Build trusted client relationships by communicating with professionalism, empathy, and transparency while effectively managing expectations. Track client requests, scope changes, and ongoing action items throughout each engagement. Communicate project status clearly across client teams and internal cross-functional partners. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, client experience, and team efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. At least two years experience in one or more of the following areas: Client Services Customer Success Client Implementation Project Coordination or Project Management Operations or Service Delivery Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines. Experience implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency or client satisfaction. Strong project ownership, accountability, and execution skills. Ability to analyze information, make sound decisions, and exercise independent judgment. Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services organizations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Working Schedule & Environment This position supports United States hours and requires availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. US Central Time. Hybrid work environment with remote work and a minimum of 8 days per month in our Kroll Manila office required. Role requires extended periods of computer-based work.
