岗位职责 参与 AI Native 的文档、办公套件和生产力工具移动端应用的设计与开发，覆盖 iOS 和 Android 端 负责 AI Productivity App 的客户端开发，包括 Canvas 与 Office 能力；其中 Canvas 即原来的 Doc，承载 AI Native 文档创作与协作体验 负责 My Notes App 的客户端开发，围绕会议助手、记录整理、AI 总结与个人知识管理等场景建设移动端体验 负责 Email+Calendar App 的客户端开发，建设独立的邮件和日历移动端应用 负责客户端系统的稳定性、性能、可靠性和工程效率优化，持续提升整体工程质量和用户体验 参与关键技术方案的设计与评审，推动移动端架构演进、跨端能力建设和技术栈优化 任职要求 具备扎实的工程素养，能够编写高质量、可维护、可演进的代码 工程能力强，能够快速理解复杂系统，定位关键问题，并提出合理的技术方案 非常擅长使用 AI Coding 工具，能够将 AI 辅助编程深度融入日常开发流程，显著提升开发效率和工程质量 学习能力优秀，能够快速上手新的业务场景、技术栈和开发范式 思维敏捷灵活，能够快速分析复杂问题并抓住关键点 逻辑能力强，能够系统性思考客户端架构、工程权衡和产品体验 主动性强，善于发现和提出问题，能够准确理解和抽象业务需求，有较强的问题分析和解决能力 积极参与技术讨论，具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够清晰阐述技术方案、工程权衡和架构设计思路 对 AI 大模型及其工程化应用有浓厚兴趣，有创造力，乐于探索基于 AI 的新产品形态和客户端体验 加分项 日常大量使用 AI 辅助编程工具进行 Vibe Coding 有 iOS 或 Android 原生开发经验，熟悉 Swift / Objective-C / Kotlin / Java 等相关技术栈 有跨平台客户端开发经验，理解 iOS 与 Android 在架构、性能、系统能力和交互体验上的差异 有 macOS 客户端开发经验 有 Mobile Web 开发经验，熟悉移动端 Web 的性能优化、兼容性处理和工程实践 使用过文档类、办公套件、会议助手、邮件、日历或生产力工具相关产品，对其技术实现和用户体验有理解 参与过 AI Agent、AI Chat、会议总结、智能写作或相关 AI 应用的工程实现 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
