We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network. We are seeking a Client Executive to join our Darwin team. Leveraging your existing experience in a customer service/professional services environment, you'll engage with our clients, colleagues and partners to deliver exceptional client service. This role will be closely supported by an experienced leadership team, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth. What the day will look like Account management of an existing client portfolio Servicing, sales and client administration Focus on establishing strong relationship with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing Skills and experience that will lead to success: You would be responsible for working in collaboration with the branch team to deliver best outcomes for clients, prospects and Aon.
