Role Description: The Client Hunter role is a remote position based in Bahawalpur, with flexibility of time. The Client Hunter will focus on identifying, approaching, and securing new clients for The Novexa’s creative and digital services, including design, marketing, and web solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms, and presenting service offerings to prospective clients. The role also involves nurturing relationships, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, and tracking performance against growth targets. The Client Hunter will represent The Novexa’s brand, ensuring a professional and consultative approach that aligns client needs with the agency’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong client acquisition and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing new business.
• Experience with digital and creative services such as branding, graphic design, social media, web design, or digital marketing.
• Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop outreach strategies for target segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both in-person and online.
• Comfort working in a remote setup in Bahawalpur, with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools or sales tracking systems and common productivity software.
• Prior experience in business development, account management, or agency sales is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrated performance and portfolio of results will be valued.
