About the Role

Are you experienced in implementing software for clients and helping businesses turn their needs into working solutions?

Hristov Development is looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to help our B2B clients successfully implement and adopt SaaS solutions.

In this role, you will work directly with clients throughout the implementation process, helping understand their business needs, configure solutions, support onboarding, and coordinate with our engineering team when technical needs arise.

This is a client-facing software implementation role, not a software development position.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with both people and technology—someone who can understand how a software solution works, communicate clearly with clients, and help move an implementation forward.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with B2B clients throughout software implementation and onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and translate business needs into clear implementation steps.
• Configure software systems, workflows, and related settings based on client requirements.
• Support data migration and help identify potential issues during implementation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams when integrations or technical issues require additional support.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to clients using business-friendly language.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and help clients find practical solutions.
• Track implementation progress and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
• Help ensure implementations are completed successfully and clients are prepared to use the solution.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience implementing software, SaaS solutions, or similar technology for B2B clients.
• Previous experience in a client-facing technology role.
• Strong understanding of software configuration, workflows, and business processes.
• Practical knowledge of data migration and software integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand technical issues without needing to be a software developer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• C1+ English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple client implementation activities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
