Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Intake and Data Entry Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, empathetic, and proactive, with a commitment to high-quality client care.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Managing and updating CRM systems to maintain accurate client records
• Qualifying clients based on established criteria to ensure proper service alignment
• Completing and processing forms as required
• Conducting intake and data entry accurately and efficiently
• Handling inbound calls and providing professional assistance to clients
• Performing follow-ups (FUPs) with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience with a focus on empathy and patience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Sales experience preferred but not required; at least 1.5 years of experience preferred
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
