About the role

We’re looking for a Client Manager to join Morrisons Media Group, our in-house agency partnership with Morrisons, based in Bradford, on a fixed-term contract.

You'll play a key role in connecting FMCG brands with Morrisons shoppers, managing a portfolio of clients and delivering media campaigns across the retailer's media estate. From initial briefing through to campaign activation, you'll keep projects running smoothly, build trusted relationships and lead a team to deliver brilliant work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on variety and is ready to combine hands-on campaign management with people leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end campaigns: Oversee supplier media campaigns across Morrisons' on-site and off-site channels, from initial brief through to activation, ensuring everything runs to plan.

  • Lead and support your team: Coach and develop direct reports, managing workloads, conducting regular check-ins and supporting performance and development.

  • Build trusted relationships: Work closely with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders, communicating confidently and adapting your approach to different audiences.

  • Deliver exceptional work: Ensure media plans, campaign reporting, performance reviews and recommendations are accurate, insightful and delivered to a high standard.

  • Keep projects on track: Balance multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholder requirements while maintaining attention to detail and following media principles and creative guidelines.

  • Contribute to wider success: Support business targets, team initiatives and senior leadership priorities.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in people management or coaching, ideally 6–12 months, with the confidence to motivate and support others.

  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery, working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing competing priorities.

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, ensuring consistently high-quality work.

  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and find new ways of doing things.

We're looking for people who enjoy the buzz of change, the satisfaction of building something better, and the joy of working with a close-knit, values-driven team. If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and embrace change with energy, this could be your right role.

Don’t meet every single requirement? We still want to hear from you. If you believe you’d thrive in this role, your unique perspective might be just what we’re looking for.
