Now we are looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to guide our clients through the beginning of their journey with us and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. What You Will Be Doing: Leading enterprise-level onboarding projects and guiding clients through implementation journeys. Coordinating internal cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery. Driving successful adoption of Sumsub products by preparing and educating client internal teams. Establishing clear project plans and communication workflows to ensure transparency and alignment throughout onboarding process. About You: Proactive, detail-oriented and motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences. 2–3 years of experience in project management , ideally in a client-facing or implementation-focused environment. Experience with KYC, Transaction Monitoring (AML), or related compliance solutions is a strong advantage. Fluent in English, Portuguese & Spanish . What We Offer: Remote-first, trust-based culture.
