WealthArc is a global financial data infrastructure company. We connect wealth managers, external asset managers, family offices and banks to their custodian data and turn it into clean, usable portfolio information through our platform: Connector, WealthArc Data Box (WDB), WISDOM, Prism and Creator, plus our PMS, Viewer and agentic AI applications.

As a Client Onboarding & Support Specialist, you will be the client's guide from contract signature to go-live. You set up new clients on the WealthArc platform - tenant, PMS and Viewer onboarding - and make sure they can work with their data from day one. Alongside onboarding, you are the backup for our Customer Success and client support function.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility: you will learn the platform in depth, work directly with clients around the world, and collaborate closely with our Data Team and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:
Client onboarding (main focus, about 70%)
  • Prepare and join kick-off meetings and help build each client's onboarding plan.
  • Set up new clients on the WealthArc platform: tenant creation, user access, logo upload and Asset Tree configuration.
  • Run PMS onboarding: CRM migration, portfolio metadata upload and fee / invoicing templates.
  • Run Viewer onboarding and configure access for the client's users.
  • Check that client data looks complete and correct before go-live, together with the Data Team.
  • Send the weekly onboarding status summary to each client in onboarding.
  • Guide clients through testing, go-live and the handover to Customer Success.
  • Keep onboarding checklists and client documentation up to date.
Customer Success and client support (backup, about 30%)
  • Act as backup for Customer Success when colleagues are absent or workload peaks.
  • Answer client questions by email and in the support tool: how-tos, access issues, data questions.
  • Triage issues and route technical or data problems to the right team with a clear description.
  • Help write and improve help articles and internal guides based on recurring questions.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, wealth or asset management, or B2B SaaS. We value experience across implementation, onboarding, operations, client support, or analyst roles.
  • A degree in finance, economics, business informatics, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical understanding. You are comfortable working with structured data in Excel and CSV, including lookups, pivot tables, and identifying inconsistencies. You understand the role of databases, APIs, and file transfers such as SFTP, even if you have not worked with them directly.
  • Basic knowledge of financial instruments and portfolios: securities, asset classes, positions and transactions.
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach. You work methodically, follow processes, document your work, and can spot when data or numbers don’t add up.
  • Strong communication skills. You are comfortable working with clients and explaining technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Polish.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with a portfolio management system (PMS), wealth reporting or custodian / bank data.
  • Basic SQL or experience with data or BI tools.
  • Experience with ticketing or CRM tools.
  • German or French at working level (B1+).

We offer:

  • A structured onboarding into the WealthArc platform and the wealth management data landscape.
  • Direct exposure to clients and custodians, working with a Swiss–Polish team and short decision paths.
  • A clear development path towards onboarding lead, implementation or customer success roles.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative, tech-driven projects in the financial sector.
  • Flat organizational structure with fast decision-making and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Access to private medical care (Medicover) and Multisport card to support your health and wellbeing.
  • Strong team culture with integration events, offsites, and regular team lunches.
