Client Payment Operations Specialist

As a Client Payment Operations Specialist, you'll be part of the team supporting merchants and business customers across their payment operations.

You'll help customers understand payment flows, investigate transaction issues, resolve operational questions, and coordinate with internal teams when technical or compliance-related assistance is required.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-moving fintech environment.

• Respond to merchant and customer questions through email, chat, and other support channels.
• Help customers understand Tylt's payment, payout, settlement, and account processes.
• Investigate payment and transaction-related issues.
• Review transaction information and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to resolve customer requests.
• Follow up on open issues and ensure customers receive timely updates.
• Escalate complex technical, compliance, or transaction matters to the appropriate internal team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate patterns to relevant teams.
• Help improve internal support documentation and customer-facing guidance.
• Stay familiar with Tylt's products, payment flows, and supported payment methods.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism when communicating with merchants and partners.

• 1–4 years of experience in customer support, client services, merchant support, fintech operations, payments, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable investigating problems and finding practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when dealing with transactions and financial information.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities.
• Comfortable working with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in fintech, stablecoins, crypto, payments, or financial technology.
