Background in membership, event, program, campaign, or public affairs communications, including audience-specific messaging and conversion-focused content. Experience drafting media-facing materials ( press releases, advisories, pitches, statements, speeches, talking points ) and supporting media relations, translating communication strategy into campaign plans, content packages, production schedules, and cross-channel messaging with clear, accurate, audience-appropriate content. Ability to advise internal stakeholders on message clarity, audience fit, reputational considerations, and communication approach, including high-visibility and labor-related communications. Demonstrated experience writing and editing for multiple channels (email, web, social media, newsletters, print, promotional).
