Description Service Delivery • Basic device cleaning and replacement of operator-accessible parts and consumables per equipment specifications • Break/fix activities account for approximately 70% of role responsibilities • Provide IP address support • Perform basic equipment problem diagnosis • Serve as point of contact for equipment delivery and removal • Contact Xerox and third-party service providers as required • Utilize Xerox web-based applications, including Service Call Handling • Accurately report equipment calls in Xerox-designated systems • Provide onsite and remote service support • Download and install printer drivers on end-user equipment • Perform printer mapping to PCs as required • Escalate printer network issues to appropriate resources • Perform physical and remote device management and control • Configure devices including: o IP addresses o Scanning templates o User access levels o Scan-to-file/email settings • Monitor and apply software updates and patches • Act as onsite contact for remote resolution efforts requiring technical expertise • Manage non-Xerox devices as needed • Perform remote device monitoring and remote resolution through Xerox Device Management • Identify and promote Xerox Office Solutions • Proactively manage consumables and supplies using the DOS calculator • Maintain onsite operator-replaceable parts inventory • Collect equipment meter information for billing purposes • Perform data entry for activity and asset tracking • Manage and maintain onsite parts inventory using PM4 Skills customer service skills, trouble shoot, resolution skills, diagnosis, printing issues, office solutions, apply software updates, data entry, manage non-xerox devices Top Skills Details customer service skills,trouble shoot,resolution skills,diagnosis,printing issues,office solutions,apply software updates,data entry,manage non-xerox devices Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Skills & Experience • Customer service skills • Detail-oriented • Positive attitude • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds • Ability to read, write, and follow basic English instructions • Strong communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Basic equipment troubleshooting and diagnosis • Customer issue resolution, including escalation when required • Ability to coordinate work tasks to ensure fulfillment of SOWs • Ability to track and report account information as required • 1-2 years of relevant experience resolving customer and equipment printing issues Education Requirements • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent • Education Verification Required: Yes Physical Requirements This position covers the following Texas cities: Corsicana, Athens, Atlanta, Canton, Carthage, Clarksville, Daingerfield, Gilmer, Henderson, Linden, Longview, Marshall, Mount Pleasant, Mount Vernon, New Boston, Paris, Pittsburg, Quitman, Sulphur Springs, and Texarkana. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.48 - $19.48/hr.
