As a Client Relationship Manager for Group Retirement Savings at the national Client Relations Centre, you help develop and maintain business relationships with Desjardins Insurance clients in the SME segment. You work with clients who have diverse and often complex needs for accounts with significant development potential for your sector. You analyze client needs, and develop and implement personalized solutions. Your complex work and initiatives require extensive knowledge of group retirement plans. You advise and assist current and potential members and clients as well as various collaborators. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Advise and support partners, collaborators and clients on the best solutions and strategies and determine target outcomes
  • Ensure client satisfaction and a high level of service quality, follow up and implement improvements as needed
  • Stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices in your field.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • A representative’s certificate for group annuity plans issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in Quebec, or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Advanced proficiency of French, both oral and written
  • Advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
