We are looking for a highly driven and skilled Client Services Associate to join our Digital department at our rapidly developing company, CoinFlip! As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth for our platform. Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their needs, provide personalized support, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise. This is a sales role that is service driven. Identify opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the platform. Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty. Keep track of sales activities, leads and opportunities. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup-esque?? environment. Ability to adapt to changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape. Nice to have: Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains. General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.
