Broadridge is hiring! We are searching for a Client Service Rep the supports the successful planning, delivery, and monitoring of Virtual Shareholder Meeting (VSM) events. This client-facing role partners with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to manage event timelines, coordinate services, resolve issues, and deliver the world-class service for which Broadridge is known.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the capabilities, service options, and processes for the Virtual Shareholder Meeting.
- Plan and organize client events with close attention to deadlines, milestones, time constraints, dependencies, and potential financial impacts.
- Manage client timelines to ensure deliverables, communications, approvals, and event requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate event support, responsibilities, and logistics across internal teams and external vendors.
- Communicate regularly through phone calls, email, and scheduled meetings to provide status updates, establish expectations, and prepare clients as the annual general meeting approaches.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding client needs, expectations, and priorities, including regular communication with senior and “C” suite contacts.
- Guide clients consultatively, recommend best practices, and help ensure the successful execution of their meetings.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and identify practical, timely solutions to resolve client, vendor, or operational concerns.
- Monitor and verify live events, escalating issues as appropriate and supporting prompt resolution throughout the meeting lifecycle.
- Maintain client oversight by ensuring the accuracy of VSM information.
- Test and verify future product development enhancements and provide feedback to support service quality and operational readiness.
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Experience, and other internal partners to coordinate client needs and enhance the overall service experience.
- Provide occasional onsite support for client events as business needs require.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent events, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and comfort responding to time-sensitive issues.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to learn product capabilities, operational processes, and evolving technology enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client service, event coordination, project coordination, or an operations-focused environment.
- Experience working with senior client stakeholders and managing high-visibility deliverables.
- Comfort working with internal systems, data-entry tools, and event-management platforms.
- Availability to support occasional onsite events and time-sensitive live meeting activity.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $30/hr - $33.65/hr
Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
