As a Remote Client Representative, your primary responsibility is creating a professional, helpful, and educational experience for prospective and existing clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Make applicable outbound calls and client follow-up
Connect with individuals interested in receiving benefit information
Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
Listen carefully to client questions and concerns
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
Provide needs-focused recommendations once appropriately licensed
Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Complete required digital documentation
Maintain professional client relationships
Conduct applicable policy reviews
Assist with beneficiary updates
Provide continued customer service and follow-up
Maintain accurate digital client records
Manage appointments and follow-up activity
Participate in virtual training and coaching
Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements
This is a client-facing position that includes both customer service and consultative insurance sales responsibilities.

Training & Development

Independent Schedule Management
