About the role

Are you eager to kickstart your career and practical exposure to horizon of industries and business acumen? This role provides experience of "Real-world Mini-MBA." You will encounter diverse industries—from Tech to Healthcare and more—and develope transferrable skills into: Business Development, Talent Acquisition, and Account Management, Project Management and more.

As an Associate, you are the engine of our project delivery. You will own the process of connecting clients with the precise knowledge they need.

• Strategic Market Research: Conduct rigorous, deep-dive research into niche industries to understand client needs and identify where the best knowledge sits.
• Expert Recruitment & Engagement: Utilize our proprietary database and external platforms to identify, recruit, and onboard subject matter experts.
• Commercial Management: Negotiate rates, manage professional relationships, and coordinate complex schedules to ensure seamless client-expert interactions.

Furthermore, we believe in meritocracy. Associates who demonstrate specific quantitative success and leadership potential are eligible for rapid promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 year professional relevant working experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualification

• Prior experience with ENS (Expert Networking Service)
• Additional language skills are plus (Chinese / Japanese)
• AI nativity for various tools
