In this highly visible role, you will be a strategic partner to C-level hospice executives, ensuring their target objectives are met, while driving adoption and building relationships and references across hospice organizations nationwide. You will work closely with valued clients and internal cross-functional teams across the BetterRX organization. You will be a key contributor in sustaining high client satisfaction, retention, and our reputation for excellence. You have a gift for clear, concise communication (both written and verbal) and love building client relationships via highly responsive problem solving. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact and ‘owner’ of 75+ Small Business clients, responsible for ad hoc meetings, staff education, and overall client health and retention. Identify and build trusted relationships with decision makers and other key contacts throughout each client’s lifecycle to proactively anticipate changing needs and mitigate retention risk. Assist physicians with ePrescribing setup and other ad hoc needs of the hospice. As needed, provide Tier 2 call support for any inbound client questions or reported issues across all clients Support the VP of Client Success with establishing, meeting and exceeding client metrics Provide exceptional customer service As needed, orchestrate successful onboarding with new Small Business clients within 30-45 days of the signed agreement Skill Requirements Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented with meticulous follow-up and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong presentation skills, comfortable speaking in front of clients, easily approachable Technical aptitude to simplify and concisely educate clients about software capabilities and best practices Professional and calm in working with difficult or upset clients Strong ability to probe deep to identify concerns and problem solve Self-driven and motivated with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot) for documentation and reporting needs Ability to manage up to 5 client onboardings simultaneously if needed Other Requirements 1-3 years client management or account management experience Ability to work 100% remote in a quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet access Up to 20% travel Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Benefits 100% Remote Environment Medical, Dental, Vision, Accidental Company paid: Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance 401k Match after 1 year of tenure (4%) 3 weeks of PTO 5 Wellness Days Closed for 15 Holidays
