Client Success Manager

Orange Trail is an advertising infrastructure and performance marketing agency that helps direct advertisers and other agencies scale their ads across all major advertising platforms.

We are looking for a Client Success Manager

This is not a traditional account management role. It’s made for someone who understands how paid advertising actually works, can assess a client's setup, identify blockers, and provide practical recommendations to help them move forward.

What you'll do

• Manage and build strong relationships with key clients.
• Understand their business model, funnels, advertising setup, and growth goals.
• Provide hands-on guidance on Meta Ads, Google Ads, account infrastructure, and campaign setup.
• Create actionable onboarding and growth plans.
• Identify blockers, risks, and opportunities to scale.
• Proactively monitor client health and prevent churn.
• Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Performance, and Partnerships to solve complex client needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand clients across additional accounts, platforms, and services.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
• Experience managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.
• Strong understanding of funnels, campaign structures, advertising infrastructure, and scaling challenges.
• Understanding of key performance marketing concepts such as ad spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rates.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on client growth and retention.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
• Professional English.
