Job Description: We are seeking a Client Intake and Data Entry Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, empathetic, and proactive, with a commitment to high-quality client care. Schedule: 9:00AM to 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Average amounts of calls expected (Inbound and outbound): 16+ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage and update CRM systems to maintain accurate client records. Qualify clients based on established criteria to ensure proper service alignment. Complete and process forms as required. Conduct intake and data entry accurately and efficiently. Handle inbound calls and provide professional assistance to clients. Perform follow-ups (FUPs) with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries. Requirements: Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer service experience with a focus on empathy and patience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
