Role Description
Salary: NZD $70,000 P.A + Bonus
The Client Success Manager – Digital Marketing is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and growing client relationships with painting company partners.
This role involves overseeing client onboarding, understanding client goals, and translating them into effective digital marketing and lead management strategies.
The Client Success Manager will regularly review campaign performance, interpret data, and present clear recommendations to improve results and strengthen client retention. Day-to-day tasks include hosting check-in calls, responding to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring CRM and booking automation workflows are functioning as intended. The role also includes proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, optimise processes, and support long-term account growth.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a tradie is greatly valued
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, with experience ensuring clients achieve desired outcomes.
- Meta Ads experience with an understanding of how to set up a Meta Ads account.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret marketing, CRM, and automation performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, practical terms.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in marketing agency account management, client success, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
