Job Overview

Own the health, coordination, and strategic progress of TikTok client accounts. You will combine strong client communication with enough TikTok expertise to monitor execution, identify gaps, and help clients achieve results.

Core Focus Maintain a high standard of client communication and account ownership. Ensure TikTok strategies are being executed correctly across accounts. Coordinate client priorities with internal delivery teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities Join client calls alongside TikTok leadership and eventually manage selected calls independently. Review TikTok account activity, reports, execution status, and account performance. Identify gaps, risks, missed actions, or delivery issues and escalate them promptly. Translate client needs and account goals into clear actions for internal teams. Prepare meeting briefs, strategy decks, client updates, and reports. Maintain client communication through Slack, WhatsApp, email, and calls. Coordinate account deliverables, follow-ups, and cross-functional priorities. Support the Director of TikTok in scaling account management without compromising client experience.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days Learn the agency’s TikTok service model, account workflows, tools, and client portfolio. Join client calls and understand each account’s current strategy and priorities. Establish consistent account-tracking, meeting-preparation, and follow-up habits.

By 60 Days Reliably coordinate internal delivery and client follow-up for assigned accounts. Identify risks or missing actions before they become client issues. Contribute meaningful insights to strategy discussions using account activity and reports.

By 90 Days Take ownership of selected client relationships and calls, with leadership support. Maintain strong account health, communication quality, and delivery coordination. Help Brie operate more strategically by taking on day-to-day account oversight.

Who You Are Client-focused, commercially aware, and highly accountable. Confident discussing TikTok strategy and delivery with clients and internal teams. Detail-oriented enough to spot gaps but pragmatic enough to drive action. Comfortable managing many moving pieces without losing visibility.

Deal Breakers Limited TikTok knowledge or inability to understand technical account delivery. Weak client-facing communication or poor professional judgment. Difficulty managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups. Inconsistent availability during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident client-facing presence.
• Experience in client success, account management, agency services, e-commerce, or social media.
• Practical knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and account strategy.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Able to work full-time, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Reliable home-office setup, internet connection, and power backup.

• Experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok agency accounts.
• Affiliate, influencer, or creator-partnership experience.
• Amazon or broader e-commerce experience.
• Experience with client reporting, strategy decks, and account performance reviews.

• TikTok Shop and TikTok account tools.
• Reacher, Euka, Cruva, Helium 10, and Amazon-related platforms.
• Slack, WhatsApp, email, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office.
• Hubstaff and internal project-management or client-reporting systems.
• Claude and other AI tools for research, reporting, account analysis, and strategy decks.
