Role Description The Client Success Specialist is a full-time role based in Changi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home flexibility. This role focuses on supporting event organizers and partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, account management, and day-to-day operational support. The Client Success Specialist will respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot ticketing and platform issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly. The role includes monitoring client performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance event outcomes and customer satisfaction. The Client Success Specialist will also contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices that strengthen long-term client relationships.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical or process-related information clearly.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client and ticketing data, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Experience in client success, account management, or operations within e-commerce, events, or technology environments is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
