Assess client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions. Answer questions and provide ongoing customer support. Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates. Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance requirements. Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
