The intern will handle customer inquiries independently or in collaboration with other departments until resolution is achieved. Communication with clients is exclusively in writing across the following two activities: Customer Relations activities: Respond to inquiries and complaints from French and international clients who seek assistance with the day-to-day management of their contracts on a variety of topics, such as customer tools, accounting, claims & recovery, and billing. Technical Support activities: Qualify and respond to client requests for support in deploying "connectivity" solutions (API, etc.) or for technical support. This activity is carried out in close collaboration with sales engineers.
