About The Position- Client Systems Team Responsible for providing the client with status of the foreclosure milestone completion in the various client systems in a timely manner. Client Systems will also update and complete the various sub-processes launched in the client system to follow contested issues or advise the firm of status change. This team also facilitates and escalates any issues on the file with the appropriate department / client contact to handle same. Required Qualifications High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow detailed legal and client-specific instructions Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a foreclosure or bankruptcy law firm, mortgage servicing, or legal support role Experience with legal case management or loan servicing systems Core Competencies Legal and data entry accuracy Deadline management and prioritization Analytical review of documentation Cross-departmental collaboration Compliance awareness Professional judgment and discretion Work Environment Full Time remote position Standard business hours High-volume operations setting with deadlines and compliance requirements Career Path Opportunities Successful candidates may advance into other roles within the firm.
