Role: Clinical Administrator (Sleep Services)
Location: Camberwell, VIC (Head Office), Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time | 6-Month Contract
The Role
As a Clinical Administrator within our Sleep Services team, you'll support the end-to-end administration of sleep studies, from referral through to clinical review. Working closely with clinicians, healthcare providers and customers, you'll manage referrals, process patient information, support Medicare claiming activities and help ensure studies are prepared accurately and on time.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working across multiple systems and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

Who we're looking for
Years of experience matter less than how you operate. You're someone who:
- Has previous experience in administration, healthcare administration or medical administration
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in data accuracy
- Communicates confidently and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Is comfortable working across multiple systems and technology platforms
- Brings a customer-focused mindset and enjoys solving problems
- Ideally has exposure to healthcare, allied health, sleep diagnostics or Medicare claiming processes
