The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Clinical Advisor for the Dental Solutions business (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will play a key role in supporting Solventum’s customers and commercial teams by delivering high-quality technical expertise and clinically supported education. Here, you will make an impact by: Collaborating closely with sales teams, including joint customer activities, to support business priorities, key growth areas, and customer penetration across key accounts and dental service organizations. Delivering education to dental professionals on the safe and effective use of Solventum products through lectures, webinars, hands-on sessions, congresses, summits, academies, universities, and association events. Building internal capability by developing the sales team’s product knowledge, supporting new hire training, and sharing insights related to competitor products, claims, and activities. Identifying and supporting local strategic or emerging healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and influencers in alignment with business and education priorities. Ensuring all customer education, KOL interactions, and external activities follow local and regional compliance standards, approved content requirements, and relevant agreement processes. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle or use of a car allowance in accordance with local Solventum policies, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in dentistry, dental hygiene, dental technology, dental studies, or a related field from an accredited institution Native-level proficiency in Danish or Norwegian, both written and spoken, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English Strong product knowledge across the dental solutions product portfolio, with the ability to deliver clinical education and product demonstrations, including hands-on sessions Public speaking, presentation, and confident communication skills with the ability to engage dental professionals and internal teams Ability to work effectively across Denmark and Norway and within an international EMEA organization Current, valid Driver’s License In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Experience delivering clinical education, product training, webinars, lectures, hands-on sessions, or customer-facing demonstrations in a dental environment Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills, team orientation, high motivation, and selling skills considered an advantage Work location: Field-based role in Denmark or Norway Travel: May include up to 50–70% domestic and international travel across Denmark and Norway Relocation Assistance: Not authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
