Clinical Consultant (Vue PACS)Job Description
Your role:
- Serves as a clinical consultative partner during the Vue PACS sales cycle, leading discussions with healthcare customers to understand complex clinical needs and demonstrate the value of the organization's solutions. Conducts workflow assessments and provides tailored recommendations that align technology capabilities with customer goals and operational requirements.
- Supports business development efforts by delivering impactful product demonstrations and clinical expertise that help advance sales opportunities. Acts as a trusted advisor to customers, articulating clinical benefits and best practices throughout the evaluation process.
- Partners with customers during implementation to ensure solutions are successfully deployed and integrated into clinical workflows. Applies independent judgment to address challenges, resolve moderately complex issues, and drive positive customer outcomes.
- Provides education, training, and ongoing support to healthcare professionals, helping them maximize adoption and effective use of the organization's solutions. Serves as a clinical expert by sharing best practices and ensuring customers are equipped to achieve desired results.
- Builds strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders while gathering and analyzing feedback to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction. Maintains current knowledge of clinical practices and emerging technologies to influence projects, support innovation, and deliver expert guidance.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in PACS implementation/administration or radiology.
- Your skills include:
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and DICOM and HL7.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers at all levels, driving customer success, project completion, and long-term business growth.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project resources, and collaborating effectively across functions to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Medicine/Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; no prior experience required with a master’s degree, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. ARRT certification highly preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You have superb customer service skills, paired with a high level of professionalism and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an field role and up to 70% air travel is to be expected.

$95,000 to $150,000 (AK, DE, MD, RI, or WA)
$101,000 to $160,000 (CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ or NY)
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
