WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We welcome applications from professionals with experience in: ABA or Clinical Quality Assurance Clinical/ABA documentation auditing NoteGuard, CentralReach or session note reviews Treatment plan tracking and compliance Insurance-aligned documentation standards Clinical operations support within ABA therapy or general healthcare WHAT WE TYPICALLY LOOK FOR IN ABA QA PROFESSIONALS Previous experience in ABA Therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) or Clinical environments Experience reviewing or auditing clinical documentation Strong understanding of compliance and insurance standards Excellent written and verbal English communication skills High attention to detail and structured workflow management Comfortable working US business hours (EST alignment) Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS All roles are fully remote.
