Job Scope: Clinical Education & Training Program Coordinator

(1 Year Contract)


Position Summary

The Clinical Education & Training Program Coordinator will provide operational, logistical, and project management support to the Clinical Education & Training Manager. This individual will play a critical role in planning and executing domestic and international clinical education programs, including cadaver-based surgical training labs, while ensuring all events are organized efficiently and compliant with company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of domestic and international cadaver labs and hands-on surgical education programs.
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling lab facilities, coordinating training dates, and supporting travel arrangements.
  • Source and coordinate laboratory materials, surgical equipment, supplies, and vendor services required for training events.
  • Assist with procurement activities, purchase orders, and contract coordination related to training programs.
  • Support setup and teardown of cadaver labs and educational events, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Partner closely with Clinical Education leadership to ensure training events are executed successfully and on schedule.
  • Serve as a point of coordination across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all event deliverables are completed.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, inventories, and training documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and increase efficiency within the Clinical Education & Training function.
  • Provide on-site support during training events as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an operating room, surgical, or procedural environment (e.g., Surgical Technologist/Scrub Technician, OR Coordinator, Clinical Specialist, or similar).
  • Experience supporting physician education, professional education, or medical device training programs.
  • Strong project coordination and event management experience.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, procurement, or sourcing of materials.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.


Work Environment

  • Primarily remote position.
  • Domestic and international travel required to support clinical education events and cadaver labs (approximately 5+ weeks annually, with flexibility based on business needs).
  • Full-time contract position (40 hours/week).


Contract Duration

  • Initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension based on continued business growth and organizational needs.
