As a core member of our Clinical Engagement Team, you will help sustain the health, growth, and overall success of our clinician networks while ensuring alignment with our industry and society partners. You will build relationships with clinician thought leaders, facilitate meaningful participation across our communities, and use engagement data to drive actionable insights. This role combines relationship management, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful experiences for clinicians around the world. Here what our doctors are saying: Clinician Testimonial Video Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement Management: Monitor daily discussions across assigned clinician networks to maintain high levels of engagement, discussion quality, and clinical relevance. Collaborate with medical societies, pharmaceutical, and medical device partners to coordinate clinical engagement projects and initiatives. Support content development and dissemination to ensure relevant, evidence-based material is accessible to the clinician community. Conduct outreach activities such as webinars, workshops, and training sessions to promote platform features and clinical education. Track and report on engagement metrics, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Work cross-functionally with internal teams including product, sales, and clinical engagement management to align strategies and optimize user satisfaction.
