Clinical Manager

Summary

The Clinical Manager serves as a site coordinator and clinician responsible for hiring and training preceptors in SimpliFi’s CAP program. This role requires broad hospital and clinical experience across multiple specialties and the ability to make informed recommendations that strengthen program outcomes. In addition to clinical expertise, the Clinical Manager must communicate confidently and effectively with client clinical leadership while also supporting SimpliFi’s shared services teams to ensure seamless program delivery and organizational alignment.

Who you’ll be working with

This role works closely with the Client Relationship team, Clinical Directors, Confidence Accelerating Practice (CAP) Managers, members of the shared services team and the VP of Clinical Services.

What you’ll be doing

• Serve as a clinical liaison between facility clients and vendor partners in cases requiring counsel, clinical investigation, or potential termination 30%
• Review traveler performance evaluations and escalate to the Clinical Director for follow-up as appropriate 30%
• Participate in clinical interviews to ensure high-quality clinicians are matched with client requirements in a timely manner 25 %
• Provide coverage and support for Clinical Directors as needed 10%
• Collaborate with the CAP Program team in advancing preceptor recruitment, training, and development initiatives to strengthen program outcomes. 5%

What we’re looking for

• Associate of Nursing (ADN) from a two-year college
• 3+ years of nursing experience in multiple specialty areas
• RN License in at least one state
• Strong interpersonal skills to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints to all levels of people within the organization
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work on highly confidential matters with discretion
• Ability to write well and effectively present information to employees, top management, and customers
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced and complex environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

It would be great to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a four-year college or university
• Previous experience in healthcare staffing

Comp & Benefits

$80,000-$92,000 depending on experience; eligible for variable bonus
