Clinical Medicine Specialist - Fully Remote | Up to $120/hr

We're looking for experienced physicians who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real medicine work as it's done in Germany.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical practice
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Licensed physician in Germany (Approbation), ideally Facharzt, familiar with AWMF guidelines and GKV practice

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
