As a Clinical Operations Specialist you will be responsible for executing assigned clinical operations activities, supporting site management, study execution, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and quality standards. Sounds interesting? Apply now.
How You'll Create Impact
- You will execute assigned clinical operations tasks
- You will conduct clinical study site qualification, initiation, and close-out activities
- You will assure completion of ethics committee submissions and maintain approval documentation
- You will maintain clinical study tracking systems and documentation repositories
- You will support inspection readiness through accurate documentation practices
- You will assist with study budget tracking and vendor coordination
- You will conduct clinical study site visits according to approved monitoring plans
- You will assist with investigator-initiated research projects as assigned
- You will collaborate cross-functionally on routine clinical studies

Your Background
- You have minimum Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience AMER
- Ideally you have a degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or related field
- Ideally you have 2+ years’ experience in clinical research or clinical operations
Travel Expectations
- Up to 20% travel migth be required
- Expected compensation for the role is $88,000 - $110,000 base salary per year plus performance bonus
- This is a fully remote role
