Clinical Project Manager-Colombia

Responsibilities:

• Acts as the primary liaison for sponsors of assigned studies, serving as the main point of contact for North American sponsors and stakeholders.
• Leads and directs cross-functional team leaders, third parties, and vendors across multiple time zones, ensuring clear communication and alignment with North American project timelines.
• Manages project contractual deliverables, including project milestone payments and quality insurance.
• Manages project scopes and costs in a timely manner to ensure control of project financial risk.
• Ensures adherence to company SOPs, policies, and guidelines at the project level.
• Ensures projects comply with Tigermed processes and systems such as CTMS, OA, eTMF, etc., including escalation to relevant functional and operational management.
• Proactively attends bid defense processes, coordinating with North American business development teams as needed.
• Performs necessary training for project team colleagues and builds an effective, remote-first team.
• Provides feedback on project team members' performance to respective line managers.
• Remote Collaboration: Works effectively across US/Canada and Colombia time zones, maintaining overlapping working hours with North American teams and participating in virtual meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related major. A college diploma may be accepted if personal attributes and relevant project management experience are sufficiently justified.
• Adequate knowledge of current drug development processes and regulations, including local Colombian regulations, GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial operations. Current GCP certificate required. Business skills such as budgeting and business knowledge are a bonus.
• A minimum of 10 years' industry experience, including a minimum of 6 years' project management experience. CRO work experience preferred. If outstanding PM achievements are demonstrated, a suitable candidate will be considered.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English (required for supporting North American projects).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects remotely, including experience working with North American sponsors, sites, or cross-border teams.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexibility to accommodate North American time zones for meetings, escalations, and sponsor communications.
