Role Description The Clinical Recruiter is a full-time, remote role. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment process for clinical professionals, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through interviews and hiring decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, conducting initial and follow-up interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience. The Clinical Recruiter will maintain accurate recruiting documentation, track key metrics, and collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs. This role will also contribute to employer branding efforts and help refine recruitment strategies to attract high-quality physical therapists aligned with Prava’s mission.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing clinical or healthcare talent.
• Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess clinical qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and data-driven hiring practices.
• Knowledge of or experience in healthcare, physical therapy, or allied health recruiting is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
